It’s Not All Mary Poppins

Brace Yourself

I found this post a few weeks ago, and it took my breath away. It’s a tough read, and if you’re in the early weeks of your pregnancy, you might want to wait a while to read it. But it’s an amazing post.

I was writing about my 1st miscarriage and how having traveled through it was greatly effecting me during my 8th week of this pregnancy. I am happy to report i am 11 weeks pregnant and in another week my doctors will consider me out of the most dangerous time frame.

  5. Dear Fidget, what a great relief and joy it brings me to hear that. My baby, now 6 month old, is our miracle baby and the thought of loosing the pregnancy haunted me for many months, especially the first ones. I cannot even imagine how you felt but reading your story helped me see it a little better. I know the fear and fright that grips me every time I think of loosing her… even now, that she is born, alive and doing great, I still fear the thought of loosing her. Your story was very beautiful and insightful and very heartbreaking at the same time.
Phew I’m so relieved to find out everything is going ok!
