  1. I’m not surprised at all. In the last few days you’ve written ‘sex’, ‘kill’, ‘frolicking’, ‘butt’ – obviously unsuitable for children’s eyes!

  2. Hmmm. Some of the parenting sites I read must be NC-17 then!

  4. My blog was rated “G” when I did that quiz, so clearly it’s too boring. But Z is probably right about how you got that R rating. 🙂

  5. My hockey blog is G, lol. All of my co-bloggers were fearing that theirs would get a “weak” rating, but mine is the one that got it, which I was proud of — unlike most of those guys :P.

  6. I was rated R too – apparently “shoot2 is an expletive to the programme writers!

  7. I found that link quite a while ago, but as I recall, it was the incidents of words like “kill”, “wallop”, and “hit” that did me in. It seemed not to care that “penis” and “vagina” have been mentioned multiple times. So I’d say violence rather than sex is the trigger — which, if you can only choose one, is the appropriate order of concern.

  8. Seems like most blogs about parenting or child care are rated R (or worse). I guess we use the Internet to express our adultness!

  9. I was only rated G. I thought I was more risque than that. Guess I’ll have to try harder 🙂

  11. Huh. I got an R too, based on the words “pain,” “limbs,” and “poop.” Somehow, those seem pretty harmless to me…
