It’s Not All Mary Poppins

Congrats to the Bingers!

What an industrious bunch of readers you all are! For your enjoyment and mutual curiosity, here is the list of all the participants in the Book Binge. I know I’ll find books for my to-read list here — probably enough to keep me busy till next year’s Binge! (I know there are a few whose links I don’t have yet; just pop a note in the comments and I’ll add you as I hear from you.)

This time, it’s in reverse alphabetical order, just to give Zayna a chance to be top of the list for a change — as soon as she sends me her link!

Three-legged Cat
Snowbird – no link, but her (his?) list’s in the comments
Susan Helene Gottfried
Ms. Huis Herself
Lori Thornton
JLS Hall
J. Kaye
Alison(is still working on her list)

  6. Didn’t see my name on the list – but I’m pretty sure BookMama and I are there. Here’s my list – they were all pretty good.

    1. Electric Blue – Nancy Bush
    2. Can’t Wait to Get to Heaven – Fannie Flagg
    3. Sisters – Danielle Steele
    4. Who Left That Body in the Rain – Patricia Sprinkle
    5. My Best Friend’s Girl – Dorothy Koomson
    6. A Tree Grows in Brooklyn – Betty Smith ( I am ALWAYS reading this book as well as To Kill a Mockingbird – I guess these are my “comfort books”)
    7. The Killing Hour – Lisa Gardner
    8. The Perfect Husband – Lisa Gardner
    9. The Other Daugher – Lisa Gardner
    10. The Double Bind – Chris Bohjalian (Midwives)
    11. What are You Wearing to Die? – Patricia Sprinkle
    12. Who Let that Killer in the House? – Patricia Sprinkle

Not as many as I read last year, but we were in Florida last year during the Book Binge and I had a little bit more time on my hands.

Thanks for letting this snowbird get involved!

  7. I binged but then didn’t keep track. I know I read about 12 books (slow reading month!) but it may have been more. I’ll see what I can remember and go from there.

  8. My books are up.

I didn’t read nearly as many as I expected to! Ah, I miss the old days when I didn’t have to do loads of kids’ laundry, make lunches, etc.

  11. Hi, I binged. I’m sorry I’m late adding my list. I wish I had read as many books as everyone else, but at least I binged some!

  12. Hi there! I tried commenting earlier but something went wrong somewhere! I’m trying again now. =) Here’s my link. Sadly, I didn’t read much last month. I really hope to do better in June.

  13. Boy, am I glad I can comment on your blog! It’s *really* tough bloghopping from China as commenting on Blogger blogs is impossible.

It’s my first binge and I’m glad I made it! Check out:
