Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.

The cake may rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed. (Mine didn’t. Depends on how large your large mug is, I guess.)

Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. EAT!

  1. This sounds perfect for the type of chocolate cravings I get (I prefer baked goods to candy) – easy, quick, and just enough for me :-). Thanks for sharing, and Happy New Year!

Quick, easy, and I shared mine with Emma, and neither of us felt deprived. Woo!

  2. Hmmm, I might substitute this for my morning coffee. There’s an egg in it so I could call it breakfast!

    What a neat idea, thanks.

If coffee is your normal breakfast, then it’s just possibly arguable that this constitutes an improvement. Who’da thunk?

  3. Oh, I sooooooo didn’t need to be told how to make a choccy cake for one, in only a few minutes!

Maybe the diet should start tomorrow……..

I know. Isn’t it dreadful? But so good!

  4. You cannot even imagine how excited I am to try these.

It requires just the right ammount of effort 😉

Which is to say, virtually none. It’s a dangerous recipe!
