Main: Egg noodles with mushroom/red wine sauce*

Vegetable: cauliflower with cheese sauce
Main: Curried couscous*, ginger-baked tofu
Dessert: stewed pears with shredded coconut

Vegetable: veggie frittata cups
Main: Caribbean rice and beans*
Dessert: bananas
