Main Course: Meatloaf (I make mine with a veggie layer, for added nutrition/fibre)
Dessert: clementines

Thursday
First Course: cucumber raita
Main Course: Tandoori chicken on rice
Dessert: muffins

Friday

First Course: red pepper slices
Main Course: Singapore noodles
Dessert: cookies
