Have you never had to deal with a peanut allergy? It would change your menu dramatically.
I also noted the number of meals with peanuts in this week’s menu. “Have I never”? I’ve been doing this for 17 years; of course I have. I just don’t, right now. Unlike other caregivers, I’ve never refused to take a child with a peanut allergy. At one point, I had five kids toting epi-pens (!!), four for peanuts, one for bee-stings. I’ve gone years at a stretch, quite literally years, where there was not a peanut in sight in my home. When I have an allergic kids (or one who hasn’t had peanuts/peanut butter yet at home), I don’t use these meals, obviously. That okay! I have lots of peanut-free meals in my repertoire!
Would love the recipe for Swedish meatballs. Sounds delicious on egg noodles!
